We find who makes the product and read its batch records before we carry it. We make none of it.

We work out the unit cost, delivered cost and margin on each product, then set volume pricing and minimum orders.

Verify the account
We check the institution or licence, the facility address, and a resale certificate if you resell. You verify once.

Order through the system
One portal for catalog, product data and orders. A written quote names the price, pack size and lead time.

Ship with the paperwork
Tracked to the receiving facility, in the right storage band, with the supplier's batch records.
What we do
Three capabilities, one account.
We source research biologics from qualified suppliers and deliver each one in the storage band it needs. We also consult suppliers and professional accounts on registration, classification, training and cold-chain logistics.

Regulatory, commercial, technology and science reviewers read a product's file before we carry it. Any one of them can stop it.

Register
We verify your licence once. Then your kits ship.

Order and collect
A licensed clinician orders the test. The practice collects the sample, or gives the patient a kit to collect at home, depending on the test.

The laboratory runs it
A CLIA-certified laboratory performs the test. We do not.

Results to the clinician
The laboratory reports to the ordering clinician, who reviews the result with the patient.
The tests are laboratory-developed tests run by that laboratory. They are not FDA-cleared, and a result is not a diagnosis on its own.

Cells and exosomes are the least forgiving thing we move. Each product states the storage band it needs, and it is stored and shipped only where that band is kept.
