Privacy notice
This notice explains what information we collect on this website, why we collect it and what you can do about it.

Who is responsible for your information
Global Bio Group is a trading name of VIP Supply LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. VIP Supply LLC is responsible for your information.
To reach us about privacy, email info@globalbiogroup.com or write to 1700 Market Street, Suite 1005, Philadelphia, PA 19103, United States.
What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, email, organisation, what you need, any institution or licence details and your message.
- Applications: whether you apply as a distributor or sales rep, your name, email, phone, company, where you sell, any licences or resale certificates, the lines you want to sell, who you sell to and the statement you accepted on the form.
- With each form: the time you sent it, the language you used, the browser and device details your browser sends, and your IP address. The form record holds a code made from your IP address. Our spam filter holds the full address.
- When you visit: our web host keeps standard records of each visit, called server logs, and makes traffic statistics from them. These records include your IP address.
- From other sources: we may check your company, facility and licences against public records or with the body that issued them.
You do not have to give us this information, and you can read this website without using a form. We need the fields marked as required to reply to you or review your application. Without them, the form will not send.
Please do not send patient or health information through these forms.
Why we use your information
- To reply to you.
- To check your company and licences, review your application or account request, and prepare any agreement.
- To keep a record of what you sent us, including which statement you accepted on the form.
- To keep this website running and secure, and to stop spam and abuse of the forms.
- To meet our duties under the law.
Our legal grounds if you are in the European Economic Area or the UK
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on these legal grounds. For an application or a request to open an account, we need your information to take the steps you ask for before any contract. For everything else, we rely on our legitimate interests. This means our genuine need to answer people who write to us, keep proof of what was sent and accepted, defend legal claims, and keep this website and its forms secure. Where a law requires us to keep or share something, we rely on that duty or on our legitimate interest in following the law.
Who receives your information
- Our web host, which stores the site and the form records.
- Google, whose Gmail service holds the messages the forms send us.
- A company in our group, such as RediCell, MicroAmino or Medical 3PL, or another supplier, if it handles the line you ask about.
- Authorities or professional advisers, if the law requires it or we need to protect our rights.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Our spam filter
A filter checks every form submission. It stores your IP address for at least 24 hours to limit repeat submissions. If it blocks a submission, we keep a record of the attempt, including the IP address, browser details and any name or email in it. We do not delete these records on a fixed schedule. A block on an email or IP address lasts 30 days from the last spam it sent. A block on the wording of a spam message has no end date, and we keep the IP addresses that sent it. The same filter protects other websites on our hosting account, including websites of other businesses, so a sender blocked on one site can be blocked on another.
The filter does not decide applications. If a form refuses your message, email us and a person will read it.
Cookies, fonts and your device
We do not set cookies, and we do not use analytics scripts or advertising trackers.
Your browser saves your theme and sound choices on your device. It also keeps a short note that a form was just sent, so it is not sent twice. You can clear these in your browser settings.
The fonts and other files on this website load from our own web host, so opening a page sends nothing to Google or other outside services.
Where your information goes
We are based in the United States, and this website and its form records are hosted there. If you use this website or contact us from another country, your information goes to the United States, where privacy law may differ from the law where you live. Google and companies in our group may handle it in other countries.
How long we keep your information
We keep enquiries and applications for as long as we need them to answer you, run any account or agreement with you, keep proof of what you accepted and deal with legal claims. How long that is depends on whether you become an account, distributor or sales rep. We do not delete them on a fixed schedule. Our web host sets how long it keeps server logs. If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove it from our records and email, unless we must keep it by law or need it for a legal claim. Copies in backups can last longer.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit or object to how we use it, and receive a copy. Wherever you live, you can ask us to delete it, as explained above.
You can object at any time to any use that relies on our legitimate interests. We will then stop, unless we have a strong reason to continue or need the information for a legal claim.
To ask, email info@globalbiogroup.com. We reply within one month after we receive your request. If a request is complex, we may need up to two more months, and we will tell you why. We may ask you to confirm who you are.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your data protection authority, the public body that enforces privacy law.
How we protect your information
The forms use an encrypted connection. We keep the form records in a folder blocked from the web, and copies in our email. No system is perfectly secure, so please send only what we ask for.
Children
This website is for businesses and professionals. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
